Conseula Celluzzi
I’m an Italian self-taught freelance artist skilled in mix media, hand-painted illustrations and other worldly imagery. Since settling in London in 2005, I have had the opportunity to develop as an artist as well as a person; to find my idyllic place between the greens of London parks and the colourful lights of a city always on the move. Originally from Rome, I was a child of the 80’s and used to love spending afternoons watching anime cartoons and reading Japanese manga comic books. These last two have probably contributed the most in creating the artist I am now. In every single piece I create, I enjoy mixing naïve pictures with bold realities, experimenting with all sorts of mediums and playing with magazines or newspaper headlines. I see beauty everywhere.

I was first introduced to pottery at an evening class in 2004. I loved it so much that I decided to carry on and share my enthusiasm with others. I’ve been painting since childhood and ceramics gave me another challenging and very tactile canvas to paint on. www.pots4u.com
