Fran O’Brien – our beautiful and inspirational friend

April 22, 2015 By Anthony Kelly

This week we lost our beautiful and inspirational friend, Fran O’Brien. No-one will ever take Fran’s place. She was a VERY special lady. Kingston Arts will be supporting Fran’s family in celebrating Fran’s life and we will let you all know more about this in due course. Below is a message from Fran’s family & one of Fran’s very poignant poems.

On Thursday 16th April 2015 at 1.05pm Fran O’Brien sadly lost her battle with cancer. She passed away peacefully at Princess Alice Hospice. We know she had such an impact on so many lives and touched the hearts of everyone she met. There are not enough words to describe how amazing she was.

We will of course inform you about arrangements.

“For I am to be found nowhere

But where you are.

For I love you all,

it is overpowering.

You can feel my love

anywhere

everywhere.

So find me now,

Touch me now,

feel me now, and love me now

wherever you are

Love our earth

and walk our earth in beauty.”
